如何處理譯文細節的翻譯范例

　　母親去世時，我念初二。為了彌補我確實的母愛，父親對我有些溺愛。

　　Mom passed away when I was in Junior Two. I did whatever I pleased as Daddy doted on me for mercy.

　　他是單位的中層干部，卻推掉了所有的應酬，盡力在家里陪我。

　　He was a middle-level cadre but turned down all social whirls to stay together with me at home.

　　一年后，我考上離家很遠的重點中學，寄宿在學校，周末才能回家一次。父親每天給我打電話，只是在噓寒問暖之余，漸漸有了一絲羞澀和喜悅，我知道，父親一定有事。

　　One year later, I was luckily admitted into a key senior high school and was lodging at the school dormitory as there was a long way from home. In such a case I could only get back on weekends. Almost each school day Daddy would call me just for some reminders but by and by,I could gradually feel a little touch of bashfulness and joyance in his voice,which dropped a hint to me.

　　那個周末回家，父親雖然也像往常一樣做了一桌鮮美可口的飯菜，但卻穿了一套筆挺的西裝，系一條領帶，刮了胡子。他靦腆地問我：“小萱，我看上去怎么樣？”

　　When I came home that weekend,Daddy prepared all superb dishes for me as he usually did. But to my great surprise,he wore a trim suit with a tie and was well shaved. He asked me bashfully,"Xiao Xuan,how does that look?"

　　我重重地嘆氣：“不妙。顯得這么年輕，別人要說你是我哥。”

　　I deliberately heaved a big sigh,"Gosh! You look so young and others may say you are my brother."
